How does the service work?

We have a number of suppliers who have 1000's of friends on many different profiles. When you buy one of our packages we pass the fan page you give us onto our suppliers who then send an invite to join your fanpage directly to the selected number of people. This invite appears on their Facebook feed and in their invites section of their Facebook homepage, so is very promantely displayed. The friends who have invites get to accept or decline the invite and it is not removed from their Facebook homepage until they decide one of the two options. In this way there is a very high chance of them deciding to accept fan and almost all will visit your fan page to find out more about your product or service before deciding.

How long will it take before I start seeing fans join my fanpage?

We aim to process orders and start sending out invites within 5 working days days of your order being received. In order not to bring unwanted attention to your fan page we spread out the number of invites sent daily to your site over a week. This varies but it is typically between 2k and 3k members invited to join your page each day. This appears more natural and stops members being bombarded with invites daily, and thus be more responsive. Therefore you should see a natural growth in Facebook fans up to a 5 day period depending on the package you have selected. We are located in London (GMT +0) so if you order or contact us and do not get an instant response it may just be because we are on the other side of the world!

What type of fans will I receive?

We send you real fans with real friends. Fans are all English speakers from USA, Canada, UK and Australia and will opt-in to join your fanpage. We also invite a large variety of friends to join your fan page, not just Farmville/Mafia War players like many other sites.

Can you target specific geographic groups or demographs?

Sorry we are unable to target specific groups of fans at this time but it is something we are very much looking into.

Why do you now offer guaranteed fans rather than opt-in fan invites?

We have been offering fan invites for a number of months, however we have been seeing a noticeable decline in the number of invites that get accepted which has disappointed both us and our customers. Therefore we now use a system where we send as many invites as it takes until a customer receives the number of fans that they paid for. This removes any doubt about how many fans a fan page should receive when buying one of our package and in the evolving world of social marketing it ensures that RealFans.net can remain competitive.

Can you add members to my Facebook group?

At the moment we can only offer services to add fans to Facebook fan pages. However we are looking into adding additional social networking services including members to Facebook groups. For updates please bookmark the front page of RealFans.net.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards just as VISA and Mastercard through Paypal. You will find a buy it now button on each of our product which will guide you through the payment process.
